James began his career in Talent Acquisition in 2007 and he has an impressive history of helping organisations secure top talent to meet their business objectives. His career in Executive Search started in 2012 with a US based Human Capital Management firm, and he has been successfully providing consultative, multi-disciplinary search services across varied industries, functions and levels. His recruiting skills have been particularly sharpened in the financial, operations, sales, and information technology sectors.
James brings strong project management methodology and problem solving skills to every search engagement. He has superior candidate assessment skills and knows how to isolate and identify the most passive candidates and then engage them and market opportunities while maintaining focus on the candidate experience and client image and brand.
James earned his MBA in Human Resources from LaSalle University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Temple University in the United States.
James relocated from the USA to Edinburgh in 2018. In his free time, he is a mountain biking enthusiast among other recreational sports interests.
