If you need to hire someone and have the luxury of time being on your side we can look into our existing networks and make relevant candidates aware of the opportunity. We will introduce relevant and interested individuals to you as and when we find them.
If your search is urgent or a little tricky then most likely we will also need to look outside of our networks. This may entail proactive searching (headhunting) or advertising on the best websites in the market on your behalf. In exchange for a segment of the agreed fee paid up front we will dedicate internal resources to ensure a timely outcome.
