The business was founded in 2011 by Ian James & Paul Cuthbert, two recruiters who have firm, well informed beliefs about the right way to assist companies in hiring the best talent available. We don't think our approach is unique, but we do think it is rare enough that we have something special to offer the market. This site describes our approach in more detail and tries to give an impression of our track record in making good on our claims.
